Tube Setting Diamonds

To set stones in small bezels or tubes place the mounting into your #30 handpiece.  Then, hold a burnisher against the bezel as you turn it slowly.  The bezel will form over the stone smoothly and evenly all the way around the stone.

Laptray

Lining the bottom of your lap tray with a piece of leather, mat board, or cloth, protects stones from chipping if dropped into the tray hitting the metal bottom.  Plus it makes it easier to collect the precious metal scraps.
